BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids) are the following : L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine. These are essential to the human body and are only acquired via nutrition. BCAAs represent over a third of the muscle composition of a human. Thus, they allow the rapid deployment of energy inside the muscle cells. Reduces fatigue caused by training.
Suggested use :
For a woman or a man of 55kg to 75kg (120lbs to 165lbs) take 1 scoop before and after physical activity (can be consumed during the activity). To facilitate recovery during sleep, take one scoop before bedtime.
Warnings :
Make sure to drink enough fluids before, during and after exercise. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant and breastfeeding, or if you are following a low protein diet.
