Recommended use or purpose :

Helps support fat metabolism. Helps (temporarily) to relieve fatigue, to promote endurance, and to enhance motor performance. Used (temporarily) as a mild diuretic. Provides antioxidants. Helps the body to metabolize carbohydrates, proteins and fats.

Recommended dose :

Take 1 capsule 1 time per day. Take with food.

Known Adverse Reactions :

Hypersensitivity / allergy is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience insomnia, anxiety, or headaches, in which case, discontinue use. Caffeine has been shown to reduce blood flow to the heart muscle during exercise which might lead to cardiovascular complications such as chest pain, spasm and irregular heartbeat even in healthy individuals. If those symptoms occur discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
